Ms Edwardes is a highly credentialed and experienced company director and Chair. A solicitor by profession and former Minister in the Court Government, Ms Edwardes has extensive experience and knowledge of WA’s legal and regulatory framework relating to mining projects, environmental, native title, heritage, and land access. During her political career, Ms Edwardes held positions including WA Attorney General, Minister for the Environment and Minister for Labour Relations. Ms Edwardes currently serves Chair of Pacific Energy and Port Hedland International Airport.

Mr Bramwell is a metallurgist, mineral economist and experienced company director with extensive project, operations and corporate development expertise across precious and base metal companies spanning nearly three decades. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Extractive Metallurgy, a Graduate Diploma in Business, a Master of Science in Mineral Economics and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD).  Mr Bramwell is also the Chair of the Gold Industry Group.

Mr Davison is a highly regarded Mining Engineer with more than 46 years worldwide mining experience (Masters in Mineral and Energy Economics, Diploma in Engineering (Mining)).

He was the Founding Managing Director of Australia’s premier mining consultancy, Mining One Pty Ltd and now is an Executive Director on their board. Mr Davison has an ability to stand back and logically examine mining fundamentals, then recommend and implement improvements and innovations to better the safety of employees and create value for shareholders.

Ms Van Maanen has more than 30 years of experience in accounting, financial management, corporate governance and project development in the mining and resources industry.

Ms Van Maanen is a Certified Practicing Accountant, has a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) Degree and a Graduate Diploma in Company Secretarial Practice.

Ms Van Maanen is also a Non-Executive Director of Pantoro Gold Limited, Wildcat Resources Limited and Hot Chili Limited.

Mr Matthys has substantial corporate experience having spent 36 years in the resources sector in large corporate entities including senior executive roles as President of Worsley Alumina JV, Marketing Director at BHP Iron Ore, Alumina and Aluminium. Mr Matthys was previously Chair of gold producer Doray Minerals Limited, managing its merger with Silver Lake Resources.

Mr Kelly is a geologist with 35 years’ experience in exploration, operations management, mine planning, project evaluation, business development and project finance. Most recently he was employed by Resolute Mining Limited as Executive General Manager – Strategy and Planning, following 2 years as Chief Operating Officer.

Prior to joining Resolute, Mr Kelly was a Director of Optimum Capital, an independent advisory house servicing junior and mid-tier miners. He previously worked with group such as Consolidated Minerals Limited, WMC Resources Limited, Central Norseman Gold Corporation, NM Rothschild and Sons and Investec Australia and has held several Non-Executive Directorships in mining and exploration companies, including Predictive Discovery, Renaissance Minerals and Turaco Gold. Mr Kelly is currently non-Executive Chairman of Lefroy Exploration Limited.

Ms In't Veld has over 30 years of career experience in mining, renewables and energy sectors and is currently a Director of Develop Global Ltd. Ms In't Veld was formerly Deputy Chair of CSIRO (Commonwealth Science and Industrial Research Organisation) and a Director of NBN Co. Limited (National Broadband Network Co.), Northern Star Resources Limited, Perth Airport, DUET Group, Asciano Limited and Alcoa of Australia Limited.

Ms In't Veld was also the Managing Director of Verve Energy (2007 - 2012) and, previously, served in senior roles at Alcoa of Australia Limited, WMC Resources Ltd., Bond Corporation and BankWest Perth.

Mr Mullany (BSc, Majoring in Extractive Metallurgy, CIMM, FAusIMM), has over 35 years in mining project management with broad international experiences. Notably, with the Newmont
Corporation and its predecessor Goldcorp Inc. on the Senior Leadership Team, Mr. Mullany led numerous major projects, collectively in excess of $18 billion, during the engineering study,
construction and execution stages.

In Australia and most recently, Mr Mullany was appointed Chair of the Hemi Gold Project Committee at De Grey Mining Limited (ASX:DEG), where he provided strategic oversight of the Project Execution Plan for the proposed Hemi development, prior to the takeover by Northern Star.

Mr Mullany is currently a Non-Executive Director of Nexgen Energy Ltd and is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy.
